Logo review and redesign

My initial goals for the logo are to make a design that would describe me.

I think the logo do match my initial goals because I think my logo does describe me, the colors and the star the font I used for the L.

My new goals for the logo are to put more stuff like more effects. To make the star and the L look different by changing the effects of the star and the L and maybe add some things to it like a drawing or more color or make the colors look more bright and out standing.

The logo I make has a star with a white inner shadow, a purple outer glow, a white and black bevel and emboss effect and a black satin effect. The font for the L was Edward Script ITC, bold and centered with a white outer glow, with a 34 percent of noise.

I really do like my logo the way it looks I think it does describes me. I like the L because of the way it looks around the star. I like the purple colors and the way the noise looks. But I would like to may change the colors to maybe put more colors to it. To put something else then just the letter and the star. Like a drawing or another effect that will make the logo look different.

To make my logo match my initial goals I want to change the color of the star and the L. I want to make them I think colorful and not just purple with black and white. I want to make the logo look more outstanding but at the same time describing me. I want to change the size of the star, I wan to make the star more big so that I can put something inside the star like a drawing or a design.

What does redesign means

Redesign sounds like to re do so I think it means to re do a design. To redesign what you have already done. To do it better, to change the texture, the color, the effects. To see what others ways can you re do your design.
