I changed my initial goals. My new initial goals are young teen girls who like glitter designs.

To match my initial goals I need to add a gaussian blur to the circles. I think I can add some noise to the banner in the lines, on the name plate, and on the circles.

I think that if I add all this to my banner it will match my new initial goals, because its colorful and it looks glittery. I think this changes will get the attention of the my audience.
