Creating a Motion Tween

Flash is program with many tools where you can create a motion tween adding a resizing effect. Motion tween is animating an object. When creating a motion tween you need to know that you have to first create a shape or an object. For instance if you click in your properties panel you will see a tool bar. If you click for example in the shape tool, you can make a circle.
If you look in your timeline you can see that you have a layer selected. This timeline will help you to be organize with the objects on the stage. The timeline has frames that will let you have control of the object in the stage.
Once you have an object in the stage select the object. Next you click in the insert button on you toolbar on the top. Then click the motion tween button, the object on the stage will have a black dot in the middle. You drag the object to any place in the stage. Therefore you can click now in the bar the control button, next click the play button and you will see the motion tween you have just created.
To add a filter click in the properties panel. Then click on the object you have in the stage, next click in the filter arrow and at the bottom click on the first on the first icon to add a filter. When you click in the icon you just have to choose any effect you would like to add in your object.
